The ability to send and receive faxes while sitting at your desk is great. The ease in which you can change your settings to answer on the desk phone or the computer, to direct voicemail messages, etc. is appreciated. The ability to click and dial associates listed online is nice. The system is very user friendly.
The ability to never miss a business call
I love how 8x8's Virtual Office allows me to quickly connect with the person I'm looking for. Prior to 8x8, I was constantly having to hunt through a not always up to date contacts list of my company's 16 US manufacturing locations. Thanks 8x8!
8x8's customer support. Our company likes to seem to really stretch the potential of 8x8 services and their support has always been there for us to help us figure out exactly what we need. They are quick to respond and know what avenues to pursue if something is not adding up, they are patient and considering of a companies needs at any given time. We think the support really is what brings the 8x8 experience to the next level.
The best thing I love with 8x8 is the ability to froward the calls from the office to my cellphone even if I am out of the office at a certain period of time. that way I am always connected with the business.
