I love the way the 8x8 phone system has simplified my work station. Being able to fax and text from my desk is awesome. I also like the way it stores information - history of when faxes were sent and received; phone calls in and out with phone numbers. Being able to IM other members of the staff for quick communication is very helpful. Great technology for our busy office. I have never had an issue with internal communications at our office. I love that fact. 8x8 has provided myself and my fellow coworkers flawless communication regardless of the location of the calls or the people on the line. The phone physically fits well in my desk, tucked in my shoulder, or in the palm of my hand; I never use my cell phone for calls when I am sitting at my desk. I love 8x8 simply because in a world where everything can be done through the cell phones, I still would rather hold a real phone.

I love how 8x8 allows us to see the person calling in, the information we have in the system for that person, the fact we are able to rate the call and also change the options to rate the calls as it pertains to our company and what we do.
