We are a new Allstate Insurance agency and love the Click to Pop feature that integrates perfectly with our E-Agent tool so that we get a screen pop with all of the key customer information on our computer screen immediately when a customer is calling in. I work for a school district in the Special Ed Dept at the district office and we love the 8x8 system. My top 5 features that I love. 1. Looking up phone numbers on my computer - very handy saves time 2. listening to voicemails on my computer - very handy saves time 3. Easy to change outgoing message 4. Easy listening to voicemails - not a lot of prompts to go through 5. I LOVE my headset...easy to use
We love the uniformity that the 8x8 management console provides us and the ease with which we can manage our user accounts and make necessary changes. Using 8x8 frees us up to do what we want to do, which is helping our clients.
The ability to use the phone over the app, with an electronic device. Our front door is controlled by our phone, so not having to be at the office, but still able to allow folks (ie. clients, delivery etc.) access, is huge!
I love the fact that I can go anywhere my job requires and still be able to effectively answer conference calls and support requests via the Virtual Office Application. Whether I'm working at home, or on a business trip, the 8x8 application never lets me down. The ultra clear sound quality, and the low data usage are both points that make me grateful for a service like this.
