We love how easy it is to update all of our extensions, and the paging system! Saves a lot of mass emails when we can simply make announcements.
It's wonderful to know that our residents, both current and prospective, have a service that alerts us when they've called. It's so easy to use and makes work a breeze when we are able to integrate it with our property management system. Just this weekend, I had an alert come through for a new resident while I was out of the office. They were so impressed when I called them right back to assist them.
We love easy conference calling!
Well first off, it is a softphone which allows us to work remote without having the hassle of using a landline. Second, I can call from out of the country, and also submit faxes using the 8x8 which is great! Third it is user friendly, and so easy to use, I am so glad our business installed this product, I wish we would have used this a long time ago!
