What we love about 8x8 is the simplicity of the entire system. The ability to have our dedicated work lines be on both our desktop phone and our mobile phone make life that much easier. We never miss important call weather we are in the office or out in the field. We also like the clarity of the calls through the desktop unit. We do so enjoy our phones & getting our messages via email. Also being able to re-program them so easily by going online.
What I love the most about 8x8 is that I don't feel tied down. Whether I'm on a business trip or out at lunch, I can still receive my business calls on the 8x8 mobile app and provide the great support to our customers that our company is known for. We get a lot of inbound calls and the 8x8 Auto Attendant really streamlined the process of getting the right callers to the right staff members.
