What I love most about the 8x8 service is the caller ID feature on my desktop and the instant messaging feature. Instead of yelling across the office or bothering someone while they are on the phone with a customer, we can still communicate through instant messaging. It allows us to only answer calls pertaining to our files and helps our work more efficiently.
I love 8x8 services because my calls are answered when I can't catch the phone and I can retrieve my messages at my convenience. Getting an email containing the wav file so I can listen to the message even if my phone is not available! It's easy to change your personal greeting to let callers know when you will be unavailable for an extended period. 8x8 is the best!
Flexibility of programming which can be done from office or home on 8x8 website. Easy installation and customer service support. Sound quality is great with few dropped calls. Love having multiple office locations connected in one phone system for easy call transfer. 8x8 phone app is great so that calls are automatically routed through 8x8 app and my physicians don't have to remember to block their cell phone number when returning patient phone calls in the middle of the night. As a small business with employees scattered up and down the East Coast, 8x8 allows us to operate like we are all in one brick and morter building. And the ability to quickly take calls from your cell phone without a hassle makes working remotely even easier. One phone number for our customers to remember lets them be in touch with everyone!
8X8 is such an awesome idea. Before 8x8 : we have only office desk phone. At critical times it very difficult to catch hold of employee if he is not at desk / office /country After 8x8 : No matter where employee issue. the 8x8 is connected on desk phone, smart phone , laptop. Now every employee is connected and especially support teams we are not missing any SLA (service level agrrements) with clients. thats a huge win.
We own 2 golf courses with condos on our properties which we use for stay & play golf packages. I love that on a day off I get an email when a potential guest leaves a voicemail. I can listen to their message and see how many condos and what dates they are interested in right on my cell phone. It's important that we reply to customers in a prompt manner.
