I love the fact that I can call at any time and the customer service or my sales representative is always there to answer any of my questions or help me at any time. The staff is very professional and will assist with any questions or concerns you may have. The product is also very good but with anything the business must have the customer service to back it up.

Running my office is a breeze with 8x8!! I love that I am able to know what's going on in office while I'm not there. I recieved notice of voicemails, faxes & missed calls. All via email, Then I can easily assign to the correct person. Nothing gets missed for our patients because it's all stored. Not to mention the customer service is Awesome! As tech support and sales, the phone is my life blood as my entire day is spent on the phone. What I like most is that I never get dropped calls or have any issues that the wonderful customer service provided by 8x8 can't fix expediently, there chat feature for assistance is a game changer.
