We work in an industry that relies on technology and efficiency. 8x8 allows us to integrate both through one system. We stay connected with the internal instant message system, and the phone system that we use works great. eFax is also really useful.

Our horse business is in a rural area that has limited options for landline phone service. We were paying $120 a month for our phones, and with 8x8, we reduce our phone bill by nearly $100! We love the convenience of being able to access voicemail from an email, and the 8x8 tech support is top notch!

It gives a small business, like myself, a professional first impression to incoming callers. The ability to plug the phone into any internet jack is also a big plus if I need to work outside the office.

As the point person on the switch to 8x8 we have had great improvements. We can fully control our call routing, recordings and the client experience. The best part is now we can see all necessary metrics to improve our call handling and make sure we are assisting every client that calls in.

love the features of storing faxes. if an email gets deleted you still have 8 X 8. contact list and when you need someone they are there to assist in anyway then can. Shannon our rep has been awesome.
