The best part of 8x8 is the ease in which you can adjust call routing. Our associates can preset the routing based on who is in the office and available. It is a great solution for small businesses where there is not a full support staff to monitor incoming/outgoing communications. It even emails me the missed message instantly. This is what we need to provide good customer service.
I feel I can stay in touch no matter where I'm working or not working for that matter. keeping in touch is critical in our business and 8x8 allows many mediums to collaborate with team members. Whether its work related or sharing a motivational story team members are only a key stroke away. I also like the fax capability so I don't have to worry about faxes ending up in the black hole. We love that by using the 8x8 App, our employees can always be available. We recently suffered a major flood at the office and much of our equipment was destroyed. Thanks to 8x8, we were able to maintain operations through our mobile phones and didn't have downtime to suffer lost revenue on top of everything else. So grateful!
