It is very simple. When our headquarters was in Portland, Maine, we paid a monthly amount for the exact phone system we have now that was many times more. Working with 8x8 is a huge saving. I would recommend the company in a heartbeat!
This app is very useful. It really kept track of all my calls and voicemails as if I was actually sitting in an office at a desk using a landline phone. It came in very handy!

It is a true story when I write that I have been known to either loose a phone number or write it down incorrectly a time or 2. Love the emailed voice message with the number of the person who called. It has been a very handy tool. Also, to have the voice message there to listen back on, is a valuable asset to any business. Wish I had it for my personal life.
