yes! it is a quick and easy way to communicate with others in the office.
My favorite thing about 8x8 is the integration with Outlook and Skype and the Voicemail to Email feature. It's so convenient to see an email notification of the phone messages I've received and to be able to play them from my desktop. It's simple, but I really like this feature. When I'm away from the office, it prevents me from having to call in to our phone system to check my messages. I'm also planning to try the Virtual Office Mobile for my phone and tablet, which I really look forward to including in my practice.
In the event business, I was a passenger in a rental car with co-workers traveling from Dulles airport to Fredericksburg, VA, checking email on my phone. I personally love the voicemail feature -- specifically, how it delivers a voicemail directly to your inbox. Such a simple feature, but direly needed in today's business age for efficiency and convenience.

I am an employee of a Sales Agency that uses the 8x8 phone system throughout. I find it very convenient as I have the mobile app and the software on my laptop. What this software had allowed me to do, is work virtually anywhere I want to be. My example is perfect. I live in canada and work for a sales agency out of New Hampshire and I can connect to customers and colleagues just like I am there! I love the ease of use and quality this program has. It really is a simplified way to do business from anywhere!
