I have been using 8x8 for over 5 years and am completely satisfied. I have 6 offices in 3 states and was paying thousands monthly for phone service. I had telephone units from another VoIP company that was charging me too much, and when I called to reprogram my phones I came across James Lee. James was very patient and listen good to my every question and gave me a confident answer. I thought I got on his nerve a couple of times, but he was just listening. After a long 2 hours call, my system was running and I couldn't be happier. Saved me from buying new phones too.

James was very patient and listen good to my every question and gave me a confident answer. I thought I got on his nerve a couple of times, but he was just listening. After a long 2 hours call, my system was running and I couldn't be happier. Saved me from buying new phones too.

In the industry I am in the telephone is the most important tool. Without it we would be like a fish out of water. 8x8 provides us with a reliable system that is more than capable in handling our needs and is making us a more efficient and cost saving company. Besides the telephone system we also use their facsimile service and are using less paper than ever before because of it. And when needed the customer service at 8x8 is second to none. Thank you for 8x8!

I have been an 8x8 customer for 4 years and have a 2 Partner law firm with 3 employees. 8x8 made it easy to open up our new office. Our clients appreciate the responsiveness we can deliver though out integrated soft and hard phone system, and they believe we are a larger operation because of what we can deliver with 8x8's help.
