Very good customer service. Great phones
8x8 has been an amazing tool for my business. Not only has it saved me A LOT of money, it has also given me insight into my business which I did not know was possible without an astronomical fee. 8x8 has been such a cost savings. It has allowed to to completely automate my business. With the money I have saved monthly from such a large unknown known bill that I was able to get rid of(old phone service). 8x8 offered me a flat rate and it has never changed. It has changed my business and has made us better!

I liked the convenience of using a headset with my hands free for computer work and talk at the same time over the phone in my business. 8x8 virtual office provided exactly what I needed for my business. As I am back in school, I have to cancel my service because I am no longer working. 8x8 did not make it hard at all for the cancellation. Service and tech support is good. The phone service overall is good, but the phones occasionally crash--sometimes in the middle of an important call.
I will never miss an important call because I can setup which calls to forward to my cell. I love this system/

The features of the voice mail system are very robust but the setup is not "plug and play". If you run into a problem with voice quality (i.e. drop calls, unclear calls, etc.) it will require you to reconfigure your network with a stand alone cable modem (often a specific brand/model) and a specific brand/model of router. 8x8 is not fully tested and operational with all in one cable modem/router most often installed by your cable provider.
