We recently relocated our office and upgraded all of our technology to include VOIP soft phones. After experiencing downtime for about 50% of the time, we finally switched to 8x8 and have had about 3 hours of total downtime in the past month, which was caused by a faulty router and not the phone system. We are a small all volunteer non-profit. We have four lines in four houses for taking calls. It is wonderful to not have to put our personal phone numbers in newspaper articles. We still get calls on our home phones although we have had 8X8 for over a year. It is great to be able to set up business hours so we no longer get calls at 11 at night or 7 in the morning. As a small religious non profit organization, we are grateful to have a VOIP phone system that supports our staff who are located in 3 buildings and it is affordable. In the past we would have needed to buy our own phone system and maintain it. We now keep updated with 8x8, have immediate customer service, and are using the latest technology. We love our phone system. We are grateful.

Instead of keeping our old system we went with your modern "cloud" VOIP solution and almost overnight we went from a can and string system to a modern sophisticated one. We now have a wonderful modern call center and our desk phones work flawlessly. Should we need to forward our calls away from our desk phones we have the softphone, iPhone App and other options so we never miss a call. Hats off to you guys! Our company joined 8x8 near the end of 2008. We'd been on an in-house system, and it was getting pretty old. At the time, we had around 25 employees, and maintaining and managing the phone system was just another task that our IT department of one had to handle. I have been using 8x8 for over 5 years and am completely satisfied. I have 6 offices in 3 states and was paying thousands monthly for phone service.
