I've been using 8x8 for six years now. As a solo attorney, I have to wear many hats, and try to be in many places at one time. 8x8 and Virtual Office allow me to be "in the office" from home, from the car, and sometimes even from the courthouse, with the apps on the iPhone and iPad, and VO on my home computer. At Skyline Software, we use 8x8 as our internal phone and teleconference system. The best feature from 8x8 is to receive all voice mails by e-mail, so even when we are not in the office we get access to everything that is happening. We can get all our voicemails in our cell phones or computers anywhere

I love the ease of use and customizability of 8x8. We changed from a competitor and were amazed how much we were missing not using 8x8 from the start. It has made us more efficient and cutting edge in our business with less issues or down time. We have recommended 8x8 to our colleagues.

With multiple locations it was always difficult to keep workflow going when each location had a separate phone system. Moving to an VOIP system was a no brainer and I am glad I chose 8x8. From initial quotes and estimates by my sales rep, to the customer service reps, to the continued support by my sales rep I can say I have no complaints. Using 8x8 has made my business run much smoother and I am thankful for that.
