I just started using the system and so far it seems to work better than the last system we had. The calls seem to go through smoothly. The phone itself is much small which saves space on my desk. Still getting used to it!
As a small religious non profit organization, we are grateful to have a VOIP phone system that supports our staff who are located in 3 buildings and it is affordable. In the past we would have needed to buy our own phone system and maintain it. We now keep updated with 8x8, have immediate customer service, and are using the latest technology. We have a small but spread out office with salespeople that work from home. The account manager and virtual office have made that so easy. The ability to forward incoming calls as well as transfer to a cell phone has made communication for our clients and staff much easier. I have found the account manager and virtual office very easy to use even for none techical people.
Today's technology is no longer only about connectivity, it is more about mobility. With 8x8, I can travel anywhere around the globe (Mexico, Canada, en even to China) and just as I'm in my office. Virtual conference and video conference are also extremely handy, as I can literally attend any meeting in anywhere. I definitely recommend 8x8 to anyone. if fact I already recommended to a fellow company and they are also very pleased with 8x8. Keep it up 8x8 team!

i have owned my own Insurance Agency for the past 35 years. I have always used the old fashioned Century Link Telephone system. I found out about 8 x8 6 months ago. I absolutely love my new 8 x8 telephone system. Not only did this system save me 300.00 per month off my regular phone bill, it has allowed me run my office much more efficiently. Ricky Redish
