Having signed up for 8x8 only 2 weeks ago, I do not have lots of experience with 8x8, but I will say that I was able to implement the entire phone system independently within a couple of hours. 8x8 is definitely the easiest phone system I have ever set up!
I love 8x8, because it has so many customizeable features that allow me to have the quality of communication of a large firm, while actually running a one-person office. My calls and fax are always with me, and I can use multiple devices to stay in touch with my clients, wherever I am. Thank you for making my small office have a big communication center!

Our phone system was confined by line issues we had with our AT and T lines and services. To fix the problem they would need to rewire our phone jacks to handle our upgrade to 3 phone lines and handle our fax lines and rollover options at a cost of $800 plus the additional package line fees taking our rates to over $280 a month for 3 lines. Instead we invested in a new 8x8 VOIP phone system and switched to their services. They handle all our needs with excess line and rollover capacity to spare at 1/2 the cost. We also ge... read more
