We have use the 8X8 system for a few years now. We have found it to be one of the best systems we have had in our 35 year history. Their customer service has been extremely effective in resolving our problems and we are very happy with their service. Our salesperson, John Skruch was not only helpful when we first purchased the system, but has continue to help us as our needs have changed as well. John is very helpful and extremely customer oriented.
Shawna has amazing customer service! She responds to all emails and calls promptly and helps me with anything immediately. I am very happy with the our service so far!
Fast, friendly CSRs and to the point technical support. The only time I have had any problems has been ISP-related woes.

We can recommend 8x8 for reliability and high energy, friendly staff.
Simply put, 8x8 has a great product, an easy-to-use product, great prices and EXCELLENT service. The few problems that we have had has been our network or user error. 8x8 service folks didn't give up and say "it's your network" like most services would probably do. One guy even added an extension to our virtual PBX so I could call him directly while we were trying to configure a work-around to a network issue we were having. We are extremely satisfied with 8X8 service and quality. 8x8 has been a great company to work with all in all. Everything meets my needs for all of my businesses. The system itself is user friendly but the customer service is the best.
