We really love 8x8's reliability. Our law firm has had 8x& service for more than three years and we've never once missed a call. Not even one. Therefore, 8x8 is much more reliable than our old PBX phone system which was always going down. 8x8's audio quality is also terrific. Our attorneys have taken depositions using 8x8 phone service, held conference calls and videoconferences, and called clients from their iPads while traveling. The quality has always been outstanding.
We just started the switchover to 8x8 in our stores (21 of them!) I like the fact I can sync my phone with our system so wherever I am I can answer and make calls through the system. Plus I can access everything I need through my Virtual Office Online. Great system!
The call quality and virtual desktop are top notch. If there ever is a problem, which is rare, I'm able to talk to someone right away who has the knowledge to get me up and running right away. Everyone I've ever worked with at 8x8 has been so helpful. I've been using the service for years, and have referred several new agents to their service as well. Overall, a great company to work with with outstanding service, platform and staff.
The feature I use the most is the cell phone app, answering business calls as if they were from the office phone is great. Having the ability to call to and from the same 8x8 number is an added bonus. It makes return phone calls and voicemails extremely easy to manage from wherever you are. The ability to easily add holidays, adjust hours, and make changes to the calling schedule make my job much easier.
The ability to text from the landline phone and access to faxes all in one place!
What I love about 8x8 cloud PBX system, is that it has simplified my workload. I don't have to worry about upgrade and replacing the old PBX’s any longer at so many locations. Also having all 8x8 user now able to be on the same platform, this has been a tremendous improvement.
As a new consulting business, the services of 8x8 allow me the ability to have services and presence the same as a large organization would at an affordable rate. Direct phone number, direct fax number, conference services gives me the tools to be a professional business and service my customers. There are so many features that we love about 8x8 here in our office. Some of my favorites are fax to email and the interoffice chat. It's so nice to be able to communicate with my co-workers and know if they're on the phone or available. We love it!
The 8x8 mobile phone app is the best thing for our business. The app allows us to answer our phones anywhere.
