I signed up for 8x8 because my background is in semi trucks and I loved the name! I know it is not related but I still think it is fun! I love that 8x8 is easy to use. I am not very tech savvy and most of these systems are complicated and the customer service sucks. Not the case with 8x8. I can honestly say it has changed my business for the better! The direct interface with salesforce significantly has increased the productivity of my day to day process. Not having to guess who is calling or looking up the phone number as a customer is calling in saves a great deal of time. The automatic profile pop up simplifies the whole process and the ability to transfer someone to an additional queue with the click of a button is the key to efficiency for our business.

I love how the backend is very user frienldly and easy to use. Changes can be made quickly and easily. When i run into difficulties customer service is quick to address my concerns and staff are very friendly. Call quality is good as long as the internet is working well. Setting up greetings is extremely easy and employees are able to learn the system very quickly.
When I turned to 8x8 after a nightmare experience with a cloud vendor, I was relieved to be dealing with a team that both had the technical know how but also the soft skills to realize that listening to a customer's needs was just as important.
