I think the mobile app is what we love the most. It's improved a lot over the last couple of years - especially call quality over both LTE and WiFi. I make 8x8 calls from my desk, my cellphone, and a variety of tablets.
I love that it integrates with Eagent. Having the Iphone app comes in handy if I need to take a call from a client and I'm on the road.

The ability to IM while on a call (that is being done using the Internet Phone) and keep track of voice mails! So efficient :) The application is so user friendly! It is very compatible in both the desktop and mobile functionality.
By far the best service out there the reliability is great. We relocated our business and never had a down time. A+
I work in an office where I have to travel quite a bit and leave my physical office throughout the day. 8x8 gives me the chance to do that without missing important phone calls that come in while I'm out on the road. It even still has the caller ID feature which helps distinguish which calls I need to pick up during a conference compared to calls that I can let go to the voicemail. 8x8 has definitely given me the freedom to be able to travel and not miss a thing from the office in the process. I like that 8x8 streamlines the process of logging calls into NetSuite's CRM. Save me so much more time every day.
There is so much to love about 8x8. With virtual office, we are able to see calls on our computer as they come through, send and receive faxes, set and view meeting information, save contacts, check voicemails, all with the virtual office toolbox! We love how easy the account manager is to operate and update settings. We also love how helpful and friendly customer service is. We are so happy with 8x8!
