I love the 8x8 phone system. I find it very user friendly and even if you have a problem the customer support is outstanding. I use the 8x8 app on my cell phone and whenever I leave the office I can STILL answer the phone. I have the app on my desktop and it shows me who is calling if I'm busy there is no need to pick up. Another amazing feature is once I have a phone from 8x8 I can take that phone anywhere I want and just keep using that extension. The forward features, the auto attendant features. Our business has been working with 8x8 for over a month now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. First, the phone system works perfectly and the Virtual Office helps tremendously. Our sales rep, Bill Fischer, has been wonderful and has really taken good care of our company. Our real estate company needed a new phone system. After several RFP's we selected another company to install and operate our new system. It was a disaster: poor voice quality, bad customer service and just unreliable. Eventually we dropped them and 8x8 came in and redid the entire system. They fixed all the problems and have been rock solid from day one. We wish we had picked them first but are very happy now. Thanks for saving our business!

What I truly love about 8x8 is the features & options the system has. Once you learn the phone system it gives the company more time to deal with customers calling in.

IT recruiting is all about listening. My 8x8 story starts last year when I accepted a 'work from home' role with a company in San Ramon, CA. I had no experience working outside of an office so I had to find a space in the house, buy a desk, etc. We dumped our home phone years ago, all I had was my cell. Castro Consulting, LLC, has been able to make significant changes using the 8x8 system. Our clients were using expensive and outdated telephone systems that didn't do much but cause them more headaches! It was a blessing in disguise, when our Lucent Technology Phone system crashed. We replaced with 8x8 and it has saved us so much. We had several lines and multiple bills. I have yet to utilize the online training but when I figure out how to maximize the service it will be great.
