We opened a new facility in Austin, TX and chose 8x8 as our phone system. The installation and activation of the phones was a breeze. Last week we had our training on the account manager and it went very well: The interface was intuitive and the instructor guided us through the steps to setup our call routing and voicemail. We haven't officially opened yet, but look forward to using the features. The Polycom phones are awesome! Very rarely does the phone system go down - if it ever does, the issue is resolved in a timely manner. The system is easy to use - if any of our staff have questions, 8x8 support has answered and assisted in resolving the issue. 8x8 has great customer service - 98% of everyone I've talked to, sound happy and ready to help. What I love the most about 8x8 is that they make us "small guys" feel like the "big guys." My company of 5 people has a more sophisticated phone system of some businesses with 50 or even 100 people. With a main number, two virtual lines per phone, and a fax number it's the equivalent of having 12 phones lines, but all for a fraction of the cost. Some of the other really useful features I are the andriod and iphone apps, voicemail to email, the conference calling bridge, dial by name directory, and easy call transferring.... read more

We started using 8x8 when I was traveling between two countries and needed a stable phone system, which was seamless from our clients perspective. We now have 6-employees all working remotely ... all using our 8x8 phone and mobile Apps when we travel. What I love the most, is receiving voicemail messages via email when I travel. No more calling in to check voicemails constantly. I know within a minute when someone has left a voicemail ... makes a huge impact on my business (and quality of life). Not perfect, but it's the best virtual phone system I've used. You must have a strong WiFi or mobile data connection for it to work smoothly.

I work for a company that has a maxed out phone system. When hired I wasn't given an office phone. 8x8 came to the rescue and delivered a few phones that overcame our problems. I love my new 8x8 phone and especially the iPhone app that lets me take calls when out of the office. Great product. So good, I'm recommending we adopt company wide as we search for our long term telephone solution.

Karl Remick, American Darters Association. We switched to 8 x 8 because we were tired of the "old" phone systems and how they couldn't provide us with the great options that 8x8 has. Number 1 being voice mails sent to your email address. Then checking and replying straight from that email if need be. 8x8 is a fantastic company and I am glad we made the switch!

As a small religious non profit organization, we are grateful to have a VOIP phone system that supports our staff who are located in 3 buildings and it is affordable. In the past we would have needed to buy our own phone system and maintain it. We now keep updated with 8x8, have immediate customer service, and are using the latest technology. We love our phone system. We are grateful.
