i have owned my own Insurance Agency for the past 35 years. I have always used the old fashioned Century Link Telephone system. I found out about 8 x8 6 months ago. I absolutely love my new 8 x8 telephone system. Not only did this system save me 300.00 per month off my regular phone bill, it has allowed me run my office much more efficiently. Ricky Redish

With multiple locations it was always difficult to keep workflow going when each location had a separate phone system. Moving to an VOIP system was a no brainer and I am glad I chose 8x8. From initial quotes and estimates by my sales rep, to the customer service reps, to the continued support by my sales rep I can say I have no complaints. Using 8x8 has made my business run much smoother and I am thankful for that.

I love that no matter where I am in the world - Copenhagen, Valencia, Los Angeles - my customers can reach me easily and seamlessly. They dial one number, and the phone system quickly finds rings me. Customers don't even know they are chatting with me while I am sitting on a houseboat in Copenhagen Harbor watching the sun set! All they know is that I am there for them regardless of the time zone I am in at the moment.

Having signed up for 8x8 only 2 weeks ago, I do not have lots of experience with 8x8, but I will say that I was able to implement the entire phone system independently within a couple of hours. 8x8 is definitely the easiest phone system I have ever set up!

We are a small non-profit working to serve people with development disabilities. We have been upgrading our business model, moving, and in the process getting the first real phone system to serve both us and our clients. Needless to say none of the staff is high on the tech knowledge list, but 8x8 provides a service that the staff is delighted with, even though it will be a while until we use it to the fullest. In addition, we have cut costs, which is importnat to us.

We have only had the new phone system for about 2 weeks so far but already it has increased productivity. Our phones are no longer monsters that we avoid at all costs thanks to the upgraded equipment that came with our service package. I especially love the option to call from my MacBook and have the call transferred over to my desk phone! Thanks, Arthur

I purchased the 8 x 8 phone system to help me with my business needs. It is been a pleasure to work with both the inside technical support, the sales team, as well as simply use the system. I have been nothing but impressed with the product, the service and the inside team. I would recommend anyone to 8 x 8 for their business phone needs.
