Plain and simple, 8x8 is reliable. I've experienced multiple communication companies that offer similar services and have been extremely impressed with the consistency of 8x8. I'm in the recruiting industry and we live and die by the phone, so if there's issues with our phone system, it directly affects our productivity. 8x8 usually goes unnoticed within my daily routine, which is definitely a compliment. Thank you for delivering a quality service. I am grateful and appreciative.

We are an small electrical contractor in Portland, Oregon, and needed a more professional way of answering our phones and transferring calls. We love the many features like email notifications for voice mails, It makes us look and sound like the big guys we compete with, without the huge expense of a phone system. Also the availability to easily change settings in the control panel, we have been a long time customer, and have referred other small businesses.

The thing I love most about 8x8, my phone doesn't ring CONSTANTLY, ALL DAY LONG!!!! The auto-attendant is the best coworker. She doesn't complain, she does her job and she does it well!!!! Having the 8x8 phone system helps me do my job better because I'm not interrupted by phone calls for other coworkers while I am trying to complete my work. Thanks 8x8.

Having to travel around the world and having a easy to use and teach phone system has allowed all my clients and work personnel to reach me at any time without them having to remember more numbers. The customer support is outstanding and when problems arise they are always there to support you.

What i love about 8x8 is the amazing flexibility of the product. I am working remotely for a company in California while i live in Colorado and needed a line with an area code for California and this was set up perfectly. Not only is the line clear and phone system works well the best feature is the App's i can use on my smartphone so that i am constantly available to my customers.

Our traditional phone system went down due to a power issue in the area. As a result, we were faced with several thousand dollars in repairs. We worked with 8x8 to create a solution that purchased all phones and installed the totally new IP phone solution for less money than repairs were estimated to be. We were drowning in high telephone bills before we switched to 8x8, Inc. It was like the light at the end of the tunnel!. We love our new phone system, when needing to get in touch with each other all it takes is the press of a button. We get loads of compliments on the music that is played when putting someone on hold.
