Here at the Insurance works we love the 8x8 phone system that we have at our office! It is very user friendly. Some of the features that we love here at the office are how we are able to access our voicemails by e-mail when we are away from the office, as well as the 8x8 app available for smartphones, we love how we are able to answer incoming calls to the office when we are away from the office! There is a difference between attempting to implement an in-house IP phone system and using 8x8's IP phone solution. As our company grew and we began to put sales and support people in the field, the old analog solution was just too expensive. We knew an IP phone system would work and we had confidence in the technology. We installed an in-house IP phone server and regretted it from day one. Simply put, 8x8 has a great product, an easy-to-use product, great prices and EXCELLENT service. The few problems that we have had has been our network or user error. 8x8 service folks didn't give up and say "it's your network" like most services would probably do. One guy even added an extension to our virtual PBX so I could call him directly while we were trying to configure a work-around to a network issue we were having. I want to compliment the superb customer service I have experienced with 8x8. In particular, my rep, Aldrich Sales, really goes the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. The phone service is great as well. I highly recommend 8x8 and Aldrich to anyone considering a VOIP phone system.
