Our office closed for 2 days during Hurricane Matthew. After closing and evacuating our home I realized I forgot to change the phone messages at the office to inform our customers. No worries, I logged in and easily updated the greetings remotely while the storm was bearing down on the office.
8x8 is a technology advanced communication system. I like it because it's virtual . I can use 8X8 for voicemail, calling from desktop, getting voicemail in email. Also the simplicity of desktop phone manual and cost effectiveness compared to competetitors is great value to a company.
Ease of setup and use. Virtually no downtime. Love the online interface that allows control over almost all aspects of the system.
