8X8 was relatively easy to implement and the staff was very helpful in getting the setup straight. We have had some problems with the switchboard using the browser for some time, but it's working much better now.
I run a small network / IT consulting business. 2 things I love about 8x8: 1. Outstanding customer service...I was so impressed by the support/deployment professional Melissa that I eagerly recommended 8x8 to a small school for Autistic children. They are very pleased with the same implementation specialist Melissa. A seamless deployment. All details attended to. 2. Portability with 8x8 virtual office. My phone receives calls sent to my 8x8 #, giving me, effectively, 2 phones.
Working for a small company, everyone needs to step in and do what they can to help the team. Using 8x8 Communications helps us prioritize our time and efficiently handle calls and communications both internally and externally to make the most of our time. Without the benefit of 8x8 features such as viewing voicemails in our inbox that are accessible anywhere we can access email, we might miss out on potentially urgent messages or waste time listening to lots of voicemails days later.
Communication is one of our biggest needs! We need to be able to hear from a student in need 24 hours a day. With 8x8 I can get an email of a voice mail so I can assist the student or forward that voice mail to someone else. I recently assisted in getting a student admitted for an emergency service in the middle of the night where without 8x8 the student may have been sent home! Thank you 8x8! I personally love the global communications capabilities. I work for a global software vendor and we have the Virtual Office installed on our business laptops and also integrated to our local phone networks. I communicate daily with colleagues and associates from around the world. However, I do not travel very much, and therefore I can not justify the cost of a global mobile phone. The ability to hold high quality calls anywhere around the globe from within the app on my smartphone.
I like multiple things about the 8x8 first and forme most . It can be accessed via multiple devices like mobile phone, laptops, ipads using 8x8 apps. I also like the clarity in the voice calls.
