8x8 is such a great and easy company to use! Here at Lundeen and Associates, LLC we love that we are able to easily transfer calls to one another! We also love the faxing system that you offer, it is easy to use and we have no need to print anything when faxing, it has made our going paperless effective! We also love the app! Being able to get our fax or answer phone calls when we are away from the office so much faster and easier! Thanks 8x8!

I love the ability to message co-workers and get a response immediately on a loan I am working on. I could be on a phone call and I need a response right away. The 8x8 messaging service let's you know when someone is at their desk and it provides convenience and helps streamline workflow so you can get tasks down immediately instead of needing to revisit a loan at a later time.

The great thing about 8x8 is the reliability and flexibility. My company is based in Northern California, and I am remote in Southern California. I have the ability to connect with anyone in the home office via extension, but still have a local area code for my SoCal sales calls. The customer support is great as well. Thank you for maintaining your customer service!

What we love most is the ease of making changes! We had phone lines with the local phone company prior to 8x8. We had hunt groups set up and something always we wrong any time we needed to make a change to how our phones worked or where they forwarded. I can make any changes myself at any point. It is easy.
