I love the fact that I can have my phone anywhere that has internet! I also love being able to check my emails and see what messages i have when I am out of the office. Most of all I love being able to change everything from hold music to call forwarding right online. The website is so easy to navigate and very convenient.
In my particular case, my company uses 2 different call programes. When I started here, I used both on alternate days. Soon, reliable call quality made me forget the login of the other. 8x8 everyday!
We love 8x8! Top notch customer service, affordable plans and best of all, reliable service. The app is a lifesaver and allows us to do ministry outside of the walls of our church without having to worry if we are missing important calls. 8x8 rocks!
Small Company but wandering all over the world and Connected! We run a safari company so being in the middle of the Serengeti Plains or on an island in the Indian Ocean, just give us some wifi and we are able to communicate not only with one-another but with clients calling at all hours with never a problem. 8x8 has given us the freedom to be where we have to be without worrying that our business will suffer. We enjoy the convenience of having our office phone on the road. We have two offices and we are able to use our mobile devices to communicate with our clients when outside of the office. Checking voicemails while away from our desktop phone is also very convenient. Further, e-fax and conferencing make our lives easier.
