Similarly, I can do the same thing with the mobile app while on the road, or when I'm actually in the office and away from my physical phone. The connection has always been strong and clear. I've been using 8x8 for the past 3 years. Their support is great and their product has helped in many ways. One of those ways is the phone log. You can see how many calls come in and out of your office every day and who makes them. This is a very positive way to show when calls were made from your office to customer and from your customers to you. Love it!

Incoming phone calls can see who called even if they don't leave a message, when faxing verifications receiving notice of completion document was sent date and time if you need to resend it's available. Love this!
