We love the ease of communicating outside the office whether by phone or fax, while maintaining the appearance that we are in the office. This allows for a better work life balance and also a more productive work day.
For me, it's being able to look back on the call log. A customer complained to a co-worker of mine that I had an unsatisfactory conversation with her that supposedly took place the day before, which wasn't true.
