Ease of use
Back in April, our town was hit with flooding rains and my office flooded and was hit by lighting. My entire phone system with 8x8 was fried. I had 8x8 app up on our cell phones, so I could help our clients in the community. In the meantime, I called 8x8 for help to purchase new phones. Richard Liberty was very helpful getting me my new phones and had them to me right away. Our business was up and going again in no time. Thank you 8x8.
We love the virtual office desktop. Being able to answer the phone on your laptop, basically anywhere, is very convenient and makes for a more enjoyable and flexible schedule. I can utilize the spaces in my offices more, and am not stuck sitting at a desk all day!
8x8 is the most versatile platform for my small medical office. As a single doctor office, with only a part time front desk, I need to be able to manage my calls quickly and efficiently, including having them routed to my cell phone when I am doing house calls, or at the hospitals.
