What I like the best is having an email received for every phone message. That way I can delete the message on my phone and still have a record of the call and the ability to go back and listen to the message. There are lots of other things I like as well for looking up contact phone numbers, etc. Great service! Thank you!
The concept of VOIP was a mysterious one to us !! But after a little effort and the wonderful customer service and tools provided by 8x8, we quickly acclimated to this service and love the mobility and flexibility our organization now has in the critical area of communications with our clients. It's easy to use and I love that about it.
Our law office enjoys the flexibility that 8X8 provides all of our staff so that we can always be there for our clients. With your intuitive app we are able to message all of our staff, keep up with any important phone calls, and still answer our calls safely because your app is compatible with our Bluetooth hands-free system so we can still answer safely as we travel.
I had a 3-week business trip in the US last May. I spent nothing on calls within the US as I used 8x8 services most of the time, from calling a cab to running meetings with my colleagues. I can reach out to anyone in the US as long I am connected to a wi-fi. I am from Manila, Philippines.
I like the flexibility that 8x8 provides, I also very much like that i can see that my employees have their apps running on their phones when they are out and about. I also can not complain about the signal and service, they are top notch.
