PETS Referral Center is a small animal emergency and specialty hospital in Berkeley, Ca. Our busy practice has outgrown the existing space and when faced with the need to expand to an adjacent building across the a parking lot, 8x8 VOIP services filled an essential missing piece. We are able to have a unified phone service that extends to a separate building allowing us to seamless communicate as if all services were housed in the same building.
Our business loves the user-friendly interface of the 8x8 app. It has simplified the unnecessary complexity of call forwarding, conferencing, and call transferring.
I've had the pleasure of interacting more with 8x8 over the last year, after submitting my story for last year's contest. I have to say that I do not have a vendor that accepts and gives as much feedback as this one does.
