8x8 customer support is really helpful. They don't make you feel dumb about easy how-to's and if they cannot offer a solution that meets your needs they work hard to find a work around.
What I love most about 8x8 services is the customization it allows me to check voicemails, save them as new, flag important messages and most of all: that I can forward and un-forward calls with ease and simplicity. I know that when I'm not in the office, my number will redirect to an individual that can continue to offer our guests great service.

I really allow the wait time it allows between calls. it gives me the opportunity to log my call especially on those busy days. I also like that I can switch between task since my job entails doing multiple tasks during the course of the day.

What I love most about my 8x8 is that extra extension that I keep at home. My girls are 12, 10, and 8, and because I work away from my additional 8x8 extension helps keep me in touch all the time. Whether it's a phone call to my cell after they get off the bus in the afternoon or an intercom message telling me dinner is almost ready, it helps keep my girls close, and in doing so gives me a few extra minutes of productivity.
