Quality product & service at a fraction of the cost!!
8x8 is all-around excellent, but our favorite part is how easy it is to access our voicemail and faxes. We send a lot of faxes, and we love how we can see the status of every fax as it is being transmitted. We love 8x8!
No need for a huge investment in hardware, ease of use, and reliability of service.
The wealth of features in our 8x8 system is wonderful. I'm consistently amazed at the array of features in our hardware and our software-based phone system. The clincher is the fact that any of our users can simply take their hardware phone home, and dial from home just as their dialing from the office. No configuration changes needed! No complicated setup. Connect the deskphone to any internet connection and go!
We had a "maw bell" phone set up for a while...costly and no service. Went to an in-house server with digital phones. Again costly, but also a pain in the butt to maintain and keep running. My son found 8 x 8 which we investigated and decided to use. What can I say.....easy install, reasonable pricing and great service. We have had the service go out after a couple of MAJOR storms over the past 3 years; however, the reboot with the help of your service dept was easy and quick. Martin Lunde, President DECTRA CORP
