The unification of processes! I can work just as efficiently at home or in the field as I can in TD office now! Also,being able to text from my work number via 8x8 app has been key to reaching some of my more modernized customers.
I love 8x8's fast response and progress of work. Recently, I submit the request for phone transfer for two from AT&T and that's it. There are nothing I had to do except I cancel the AT&T account. Whatever I ask these guys always kindly answer and their services is just nice and perfect. This is most successful ip phone service I ever experienced. Thank you 8x8!

Six months ago, we went to the 8X8 Phone system. The functionality of the system was so much better than our older antiquated phone system. The ability to Direct dial from one location to another located in a different state by dialing a direct extension is amazing. Having individualized phone numbers for each extension is a great plus; so that you can each leave an individual phone number for return calls to help drop the overwhelming number of incoming calls on the main lines. I love that I get my faxes and voice mail messages forwarded to me via email, which I can access from anywhere. I was out of the office for foot surgery for six weeks but kept on top of everything with the help of 8X8.
What I would say I love most about 8x8 cloud communications, is it allows me the flexibility to call clients back from 'my office', using our business number rather than my personal number, while at home when on-call. It keeps my cell phone number private when calling back clients when away from the office.
The ability to affordable manage our phone system has taken a big load off of our company financially and operationally. Being able to easily answer calls in or out of the office, adjust who is receiving calls, and better allow people to truly step away while they are on vacation has been a big help.
