In 2011 we opened 2 medical offices. Within 5 months we outgrew the space for one and moved. It was very easy and convenient to move the phones and update addresses on line. We have since opened 5 additional locations , using 8x8 services throughout. Emailing my rep, ordering additional phones, setting up new numbers for localized calling and faxing , while still maintaining great control of where phones are ringing and answered , has made this the easiest part of our growth and moves. Life is easier with 8x8 Being able to stay connected with my business calls and voicemails and not have to carry a separate phone with a separate number is great. The fact I can stay connected with my voicemails via email is such a great tool. Anything that makes my life in the work field easier is OK by me! Thanks! :)
When we first started our law firm three years ago we found the prospect of a traditional switch-board based phone system daunting. They are bulky and incredibly expensive. We learned about VoIP phones and found 8x8. The experience has been incredible. The only thing better than the reliability, clarity, service, and ease of use is the pricing. Our small business needs were not met, but exceeded by our system, and we are never going back to the dinosaur phone age!

I love how we are able to be flexible as an agency for my staff and my clients. Having the ability to use the mobile app gives us the opportunity to work from home when the weather is bad and if my staff children are ill. We use it for texting, conferencing a bit and the fax. I was diagnosed with Leukemia in December of 2013 and spent a lot of time in the hospital and working from home since.
