We are a very small law firm doing battle with very big law firms, and 8x8 gives us communications capabilities that never let us down, and consistently impress our clients. We are capable of integrating attorneys from multiple locations, and we can add users and services with no outside help. We switched from another cloud based service and it was the best decision we every made.

I love the mobility of the service. Typically receptionist have to be in the office to support the phones; however, with 8x8 I am able to work from home and still provide the best customer service our clients have come to love.

We absolutely love 8x8. We cut our phone costs in half, and added so much functionality. Implementation was a breeze, and we administer everything ourselves. The 8x8 help desk has answered every problem on the first call.

It means we can take the phones with us if we have to evacuate in case of a hurricane. I can set up my office remotely where I can access the internet and have access to my clients and staff without missing a beat. The service makes my branch office in another state easy to reach and without the hassle of long distance calls. The mobile app also lets my secretary answer the phone if she is out of the office or if I am on the road.

I love that I receive voice mail notifications straight to my email. That way even if I forget to change my voice mail (for example if I am out of the office) then I still get a notification that someone needs something. As a sales rep, this really helps ensure my customers get the best service and there are no fall through's on communications. Thanks for a great product! Carrie

8x8 helped us quickly transition phone systems at one of our locations when ownership changed. The handsets were easy to program, enabling analog line off of the ATA was also a breeze. the portal is easy to use and intuitive, love my auto attendant and the copious amount of options for holiday, lunch and after hours alternate menus. The training specialists are first class and we were most impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and awesome personalities!

The experience with 8x8 has been spectacular from start to finish. Starting with our sales rep My Huynh friendly and quick service, to our deployment specialist Federick's expert knowledge on setting up the system, it has been better than we could have asked for. Setup and functionality has been easy. If we have a question the support has been very fast to help us out.
