I love the flexibility of 8x8. Specifically, when I'm out of office with my laptop, I can make calls and receive voicemails. Also, the iPhone app is great! Flexibility is key in this fast paced society, and 8x8 helps me stay on top of everything!
Having the 8 x 8 Mobile App allows freedom away from the office. Calls can still be answered and/or voice mails replied to without feeling that you are tied to your office desk phone. Customers don't want to hear "I'm currently out of the office and will return your call when I return". Now, with the Mobile App, they don't have to hear that and they don't gain access to your personal mobile phone number when the 8 x 8 app is used.
My name is Lisa Kaufmna, and I am loan officer with Union Home Mortgage. What I love most about 8X8 is that I receive my voice mail and fax on my cell when I am on the road. It is easy to access, easy to use, and retains the information so if I need to referenced it when I get back to the office I can find it very easily. This is my first experience with 8X8 and I absolutely love using it!!!
I love the control 8x8 gives me over my phone system. The options available to me in the 8x8 Control Panel let me setup whatever configuration I need regarding the Auto Attendant, call routing, & ring groups. The system is easy to use. Quick changes, like where to route after-hours calls, take less than 5 min to setup. The ability to have many VOIP phones in different locations but still being able to transfer calls like we are all in the same office is nice too.

That it connects over VoIP. With all our employees being remote we needed a service that could work globally, over VoIP and handle the demand our customers deserve. Other great features are that we can have our voicemails sent to us via email which is great for when your on the road or not near the phone. With the desktop app I can call anywhere I want and not have to be tied down to physical phone. what great is I get my own number and don't have to deal with an extension.
Ease of use, reliability and crazy easy reporting functions. Everything about the system and it's functions is hassle free!
As a company, we love the ease of use but most of all the ability to customize our extensions. At any point in time we can adjust the extensions to whatever personnel is available from our team. If someone is on vacation, they can be just dropped from the call list and added back in when they return. This makes us more efficient and gives our customers a more professional quality experience when calling us. Thank you,
