We opened two years ago and the 8x8 staff was wonderful helping me with the intitial set up of our phones. Over the years whenever we have had an issue it was taken care of promptly and with professionalism - something that seems to be disappearing these days. Keep up the good work!!!!! What I love most is the capability to answer the call either on my mobile, computer, or phone. Mobile - I can be reach wherever I am, and I can call anyone. PC - I use my bluetooth headphone during the call, while doing my daily management activities. Phone - for focus conversation, even my relatives love it.
We are a small business that has two locations and we all travel a lot. 8x8 routes our calls where and how we need them to stay in touch with customers. I can get calls on my desk phone or my mobile. We can ring multiple phones and whoever is available can grab a call. This has resulting in lots of additional sales that may have been lost while we are out of the office.
It's easy! Our employees are dispersed geographically, from east coast to mid-west to south coast. 8x8 keeps us connected without being complicated. The voice mail service notification keeps us in touch with our customers after hours. The conference service is fast and we use conference calls now much more than before 8x8.
How easy it is to keep in contact with all of my colleagues via the messenger. The phone and it's features function extremely well and have been very reliable.
I personally love the fact that you can record calls on demand. Being a sales person, it helps to allow my boss to listen to how calls played out so that I can get feedback in order to become a better sales rep.
8x8 is a one-stop communication channel at work. What I love about it the most is the amazing quality of audio. Never have I faced any issue till date! Also the fact that people can leave messages on the VM when I am not around are is helpful.
Our voicemails being sent directly to our email. This service alone makes all the difference. It makes my life easier and I'm actually much more effective at getting back to people. Thank you.
