I am SO HAPPY with this company. Good customer service is not easy to find these days. I am totally new to online phone systems and faxing etc. Everyone I have spoken to has not judged me for this and has been 100% willing to take whatever time is needed to help me figure things out. I am so impressed by the service and the product provided. I look forward to referring this company left and right. Thank you for being so awesome!
Stay away from this awful company - the service is terrible and their customer service is even worse! THEY AUTO RENEW YOUR CONTRACT WITHOUT TELLING YOU AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL! And they won't release your number! Avoid! Avoid!

Only reason I gave 1 star was because I had to. DO not use 8x8 terrible customer service, terrible phones. Do NOT USE. They are rude and do not do what they say. I was on hold numerous times with their technical and billing department and their phones don't even work. Kept hanging up on me and then when I finally get thru I have a rude representative who basically hung up on me. Do not use them.

8x8 gave excellent customer service and whenever I was having any difficulties with my phone service they were extremely patient with me until my situation was completely resolved.
I don't usually give a 1 star rating unless it is warranted. I have been a customer of 8x8 for 3 years and not a week goes by that we don't run into phone issues that interrupt our business. Lines randomly become unregistered re assign ISP etc. Every time I call 8x8 support, they only temporary fix the issue. When i ask exactly what the issue is I get a different answer every time. We have just signed up for 8x8. So far the best thing is the ease of set up.
We looked at several systems to replace our out dated PBX system. We are a small office and only needed a few extensions, but needed our office to appear bigger than it was. also needed to forward phones to make it seems like everyone is always in the office. 8x8 was affordable and perfect for our situation. after a short learning curve - we were ready to go and grow. hassle free. thanks 8x8!
I love the fact that there are several different ways to connect up to my 8X8 network. When I am physically in the office, I have my deskphone, but when I am working from home or at a remote location I an can use the soft phone installed on my PC. And, if I don't have that, I can always use the soft phone available from the web site as a last resort. No matter what, people can reach me and they don't have to jump through any hoops to do it.
