We can receive and make calls whenever and wherever. There was one time when my polycom is not working, and I have lots of meetings to host within the day, good thing that 8x8 have a soft phone. 8x8 saved my day!

Oh man, been rocking 8X8 since 08 and I can't tell how pleased I am. It's all good form the customer service to their clear connections, you simply cannot go wrong!

The 8x8 platform is very intuitive and simple to use. 8x8 has reduced our costs, not only on a monthly basis, but also our installation and upgrade costs. We will occasionally have a full office meeting, and within a couple of clicks, we are able to send everything to our Auto Attendent, when our typical policy is to have the phone answered by our receptionist. We love the simplicity and integration of 8x8 services. We've grown a lot recently and as a result we've had to add 4 new phone lines, which also meant we had to update our auto attendant and phone system. The 8x8 online account manager made everything so easy and straightforward. We were able to get everything set up in an afternoon. And the integration of Virtual Office across desktop, online and mobile app makes phone, fax and voicemail a breeze!

I love that it is very user friendly. It has been a terrific tool to update client's phone numbers. I also love that we can see who is calling so that client can be answered by the appropriate person to maximize customer service. Very easy to use system, love it!

Having two phones in the office, I get missed call alerts when the line was answered on the other phone, so sometimes I don't see the voicemail alerts. It's nice to get an email letting me know I have a voicemail. It is also convenient to be able to click play on my computer rather than dialing my passcode on the phone.
