The ease of use of sending a fax, we used to do it the old way but now we are able to send faxes with ease right from our computer. We also love the auto attendant, this has freed up our assistant from constantly directing calls and allows him to focus more on our business. 8x8 has been instrumental in providing excellent customer service and products for Lutheran Services of Florida! Currently we manage 8 Headstart / Early Headstart school centers for low income families and communications between our administration center and each of these centers is crucial. 8x8 and our Polycom IP phones have provided uninterruptible service since the installation in January 2015!
