I cannot begin to tell you how ONE of my businesses love 8x8 more than the other. I found 8x8 when I was at Universal City Walk and with Jon Lovitz Comedy Club. It was the best solution for a business that was not often available on site and needed multiple auto attendant options. Despite the fact that that company failed miserably, 8x8 never did. Three words describe 8x8: ease of use, efficient and effective. 8x8 is our minder and we would be less successful without it. The price point is fantastic...we depend one this format...daily

I love using the softphone and to be able to take business calls on my cell phone wherever I am! 8 x 8 is so easy to use and the price point is perfect. I have had very positive (and patient) experiences with the Customer Reps I have spoken with. I was using another Service Provider for my small business line and after switching to 8 x 8 I have lowered my monthly cost by over $45 a month. As a new small business owner - I think 8 x 8 is perfect. Thank you so much!

Our business loves the ease and convenience of reaching an 8x8 specialist whenever an issue arises. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and respondent and it makes doing business with 8x8 a stress-free pleasure!

As a remote employee, the 8x8 service keeps me connected to the team and reduces the feeling of distance. I'm able to be connected at home and in the field and I never have to think twice about the device I'm using. Love it!

We switched to 8x8 and it has been incredible. I love that my office number can ring to my cell phone. As somebody who is often traveling, having my office ring to my cell phone has made it possible for me to keep my cell phone number private. It is also great that my messages are sent to my e-mail inbox. I can easily forward a message meant for a different department. It is user friendly and hassle free. I don't know how we went this long with our old system and wish we would have switched sooner!

I love 8x8 because it enables me to work from home and have all of my calls forwarded to my cellphone so that I don't miss a beat :)

In a fast pace business it is convenient to be notified when you have a call. With numerous task to take care throughout the day this is one less you have to worry about or remember.

I would give 0 stars if I could. When making a call you can't switch between records. If you start a call on one record and move to another, the call was logged to the first one opened. For the past week, calls are not logging at all so you have to manually log the call in Salesforce. Too many bugs.
