We love virtual office. It helps us communicate between two offices. We can instant message each other while on the phone with clients. We also like to send faxes directly from the app. Being able to access this is also beneficial to the owners because they can work from home and still communicate with us. I couldn't imagine working without it.
It's simple; I did my research on the top 10 VOIP's and narrowed it down to 8x8 and Nextiva based input form others. Because Nextiva was strongly recommended by a trusted source I gave them a shot. I love 8x8 because i check my voicemail and make calls through my cell phone withouth having people know I am not at the office. Its convenient and saves me time!!! It's also easy to manage via online.
What I love most about 8*8 is that I can transfer my calls to my cell phone easily and that even if I am not in the office, I can get my calls transferred to my cell.
The biggest reason I love 8x8 is that I can be anywhere and have my office at my fingertips. My clients do not need to know that I had to run out or am away for a day or even a week, as they can reach out to me at the same number they would call me at in the office. The analytics reports are fantastic and make sure that I am hitting my call numbers on a regular basis. Simply put...8x8 makes my life simpler.
