As usual we received the best tech services from 8x8. We have had very few issues with our service but when there is one it is quickly and professionally fixed! 8x8 had the best support staff!!
My name is Douglas Freeman and I love how organized 8x8 keeps our organization. Being able to view and connect other colleagues during the day is a real time saver. I love the privacy settings as well as the caller ID option to ease the tension of an unexpected caller during business hours.
I love everything about 8x8 ! I love the way that 8x8's flexibility allows me to work at home, in the office or on the go !I love the voicemail system that not only shows up as a voicemail in the 8x8 screen I use but also 8x8 sends me a email to let me know there is a voicemail and I can listen to it through the 8x8 interface or through my voicemail!
