8x8 has been a beneficial addition to our office! The advanced features of this system are tremendous! We are able to work with the "softphone" feature in our newly upgraded conference room. The ability to make conference calls through our computer system with the softphone has been so helpful! Just log in with an existing number and BAM you're in! The 8x8 system has been one of the best upgrades we have done for our office! Thanks 8x8!
This app is very useful. It really kept track of all my calls and voicemails as if I was actually sitting in an office at a desk using a landline phone. It came in very handy!
Running my office is a breeze with 8x8!! I love that I am able to know what's going on in office while I'm not there. I recieved notice of voicemails, faxes & missed calls. All via email, Then I can easily assign to the correct person. Nothing gets missed for our patients because it's all stored. Not to mention the customer service is Awesome! For the 1st time in 20 years, I don't feel I have to be tied down to my desk in office to assist my employees. Keep up the great work 8x8
Love that I can get my voice messages through email, it really helps me when I am on the road, as I can see who called and that I have a message. It's great that I am able to forward my calls so easily to another number or my cell! Thanks, Susan Rose
The reliability! I feel more more confident knowing we have a software that can handle web conferencing, internet faxing, and crystal clear audio. Prior to 8x8- We experienced constant lag's and it sounded like the host was deep sea diving. It's been a blast working with all of the features virtual office has to offer! I will recommend this to any business, no matter the size!!
What we love about 8*8 here at Keynote Logistics is the fact that it allows business expansion with ease. Which means we can open up offices anywhere in the world and hire any number of additional employees easily under one business communication platform.
I personally love that voicemails are now e-mails that I can access even when I am out of the office.
W e love that communication has been made easy.Before, I could not keep track of voicemail messages.Now, I can be able to use my computer to keep up with missed calls and voicemail which helps me to get back to clients soon.I love it!
I use 8x8 services where I work and it is easy to use and easy to learn since I have only been here little over 2 months. It seems easy for our clients to use and glad there is way for them to contact us if we are not available. One thing is I wished there was a way to transfer to other extensions if needed. Also I have issues with the volume to be able to hear some folks that call in. It would be nice to have options to personalize it.
