I love the fact that I can go anywhere my job requires and still be able to effectively answer conference calls and support requests via the Virtual Office Application. I conduct a significant amount of employee investigations and travel frequently. 8x8 allows me to record calls and take employee and witness statements wherever I am! I can then access them at any time to compile my investigation. This is an AWESOME perk of 8x8!!
1. On my monitor screen, I can see who is calling, who called, and how many times they called. 2. Having a button for directories is great! 3. Like that voicemail calls are sent to my email. There have been a few times when I missed that I had a voicemail, so this feature is essential for me.

We love this service here at iDoctor. We use it all the time. In Billings we receive calls from a 4 state area for our service, and it makes it easy when someone has to leave the shop to go out on call or anything for us to use the app for the device and answer a call! In recent cases the app has saved us because our headsets all failed and by using the app it allows us to keep working and stay mobile without any problems. The customer service has been adequate. We recently needed to downsize our office and this required us to remove two lines of service. Rather than pay the termination fee, we were advised that it would be more cost effective to switch the lines to dormant.
