I love the flexibility of being about to make and receive calls regardless if I'm in the office or on my boat. It is very convenient for my customers to reach me "at the office" and my location is completely transparent to them! :)
We definitely love the ability for our people to be in contact with the office and the clients wherever they are. We can allow our people to work from home which is a huge added benefit to any business!!
We are actually pretty new to this service but we have tried other voIP services and the level of confidence that we have established in this system is beyond words. The number one item that I love most about 8x8 is the portability -- no matter where in the world our associates are with either Wi-Fi or internet service, they can receive their calls as if they are sitting at their desk - our customers have no idea they may be talking to our sales staff while they are sitting on a beach in Hawaii sipping a tropical drink. This portability has allowed us to compete across state lines seamlessly. No question its the best.

Such a user-friendly system! It's convenient turning incoming and outgoing calls into contacts and accessing those contacts so easily. Definitely saves time and the transfer system has helped us out incredibly much. Being able to see who's available to take a call keeps the guesswork out of the equation. The VM to email feature is great, too. I'm a fan
