Our 8x8 service is extremely easy to manager. The backend is easy to use and making updates and changes to extensions is intuitive. I've also worked with several helpful customer support agents when I have questions and my account manager is always prompt when handling inquiries.

8x8 has given our office so much more flexibility. We love it. Our calls are now much easier to forward. The IM platform allows instant interoffice communications; we have offices all over the state and we can now communicate more informally for quick questions. I also love being able to choose the music that is played for MY customers while they are on hold. It is more personal and more ME!!
8x8 allows us to manage our phones and work completely remote and mobile if needed yet give the customer easy access to us through our main number. The flexibility and feature set are great. I am extremely impressed with the service!
I love 8x8! I never realized that there was a phone system that a small business like ours could use that would be so customization and easy to use! Every thing is simple and straightforward without all of the useless distractions. I find the customer service very helpful and the instant chat with a rep has made my life much easier. There are a few very special people who have worked with me to train and set up the system and then a few who help with bugs that would arise. Our office doesn't have an outgoing fax line. When our services were changed over to 8x8 we found that we could not only have our own fax lines for customers to fax directly to us, but we could also customize our cover page to show information pertaining directly to our office including our logo. What a nice personal touch! This personal fax number will eliminate unnecessary e-fax emails being received by all of us in our office and will boost our productivity. Knowledge of the technicians and quick remedies.
Ease of setup and installation. Eduardo Bara was very helpful in getting us out of our antique phone system. I was expecting a few delays with the switch to IP phones, however we had none. Our business was online within 1 week of ordering our new phones from 8x8. Thank you Eduardo and the 8x8 team!
