The ability to use the phone over the app, with an electronic device. Our front door is controlled by our phone, so not having to be at the office, but still able to allow folks (ie. clients, delivery etc.) access, is huge!
I love that the 8x8 save me a lot of time and steps. Instead of walking all over the office looking for someone I can just instant message them. What a time saver! It's wonderful to know that our residents, both current and prospective, have a service that alerts us when they've called. It's so easy to use and makes work a breeze when we are able to integrate it with our property management system. Just this weekend, I had an alert come through for a new resident while I was out of the office. They were so impressed when I called them right back to assist them.
