It's great how I am able to have access to my business line across all my devices; my desk phone, my laptop, and my iPhone. The forwarding rules are great and allow me to give my business contacts one phone number that reaches my office extension and mobile phone.
The text messaging feature. I've found that many clients, especially younger ones, are bothered by too many phone calls. The text messaging feature allows me to gather information from them in a way that feels comfortable to them. Their responses are prompt, pithy, and I can do it all without giving out my personal number.
love the features of storing faxes. if an email gets deleted you still have 8 X 8. contact list and when you need someone they are there to assist in anyway then can. Shannon our rep has been awesome.
I love the fact that when travelling either USA or to foreign countries, for as long as you have access to the internet, I can make and receive phone calls and get voice mail messages if unavailable.
There are many reasons to love 8x8. As an agency, we use 8x8 to quickly dial a number, send out faxes quickly and identify who is calling as soon as we answer the phone. We love 8x8 on the go as well, it makes it easy for anyone to answer a call while away from the office from any smartphone. I personally have used 8x8 to text a customer and gotten a ahold of them quickly that way.
