Here at Advanced Patient Care, we love the ease and convenience of using 8x8. With 8x8 we have so many messaging options and ways to conveniently keep our company up to date with placing customers on hold, parking calls and even leaving personalized voice messages. It's not at all a complicated phone system as others are and it is easy to learn!! We wouldn't have it any other way!

I run my businesses by myself. It is awesome to be able to cary only one phone but still know who is calling for which phone number. Being able to call out with my different numbers all from my cellphone is a great plus too.
I love that when I work from home, I don't have to worry about forwarding calls, I just have the app up on my computer!
We had an Avaya Analog system that was hard wired in the office. The system was being run by a desktop computer with XP running with 2 gigs of ram. Now I don't have to remote in to that ancient computer and wait for it to reboot after changes to the system have been made or deal with the patch panel of poorly marked terminals to install a new phone extension. 8x8's VOIP made it much easier to manage the lines.
I work for a small non-profit organization that handles patient inquires and advocacy issues via phone and email. Often times it is easier to return phone calls in the evening, in the past I would do these calls from my cell phone and had to block the number. Since most people won't take blocked number calls, I was having to play a lot of phone tag. Now with 8x8 my work number registers and I can easily reach my patients in a timely manner. It has made my work life and my patients lives much more productive!
