As a business owner I love the ability 8x8 provides to work from anywhere with a high degree of reliability. The call forwarding features mean that even when I am away from the office, my customers can reach me and I can provide the same service on the go as I can in the office.
We can easily create conferences with just a fast few steps. This makes everything great in an environment like Wall Street, where time literally costs money.
I love the convenience of being able to access my work phone any where that I go. Being able to check my voicemail and fax through a link in my email makes each process quick and easy, which is exactly what we need with a busy schedule! I work at a telephone based business, and we have had nothing but positive things to say about 8x8!
I love the flexibility of working remotely and still being able to connect people with those they need to speak with-- and the ability to forward voicemails to others via email is an incredible time-saving tool for our Church.

I have never used this program before until I started this new position. I LOVE this program. I have capability to send a fax while working on other items. Receiving a confirmation of my fax, documenting my database and keeping fax numbers used quite frequently all in one simple place. I also like the fact that I can listen to a voicemail from my computer and update my contacts from my desktop for easy access.
